Data we process
Depending on the form used, we may process email address, name, city or area, organisation, type of collaboration, investor profile, indicative range, message and basic technical data such as language, source page, IP address, browser and security logs.
Purposes, legal basis and retention

Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by providers of hosting, databases, email, technical support or analytics, acting under the controller’s instructions. The final infrastructure has not yet been selected and will be identified before launch. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a final provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR will be used. The final configuration will be documented before real data collection begins.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Write to info@twoeyesdating.com.
Children
Two Eyes is intended for adults. The pilot waitlist is for people aged 18 or over. If we detect data submitted by a child, it will be deleted.
Security and updates
We will apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. This policy will be updated when hosting, database, email, analytics and final retention periods are confirmed.
